On the first floor, the living room with fireplace and the large balcony which surrounds the apartment with a view due EAST over the Grandes Rousses (magnificent in the evening) and the Signal to the NORTH (because you are at the foot of the Signal and on the skier's return directly)

A first master bedroom then on this first level as well as the sleeping area with bunk beds.

The lounge area is fabulously cozy, with a fireplace (wood provided), large screen and high ceilings.

The second floor brings together the 3 other double bedrooms on 54m2.
1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom (WC on the upstairs landing)
2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom and WC directly opposite and a shower room of your choice!

The beds are 160 x 200 with some storage space for each.
You will find a dressing area and a separate WC on the arrival landing upstairs.

The kitchen is optimized but very well equipped with its bar area for more conviviality.
